Pre-Development Planning
In this phase, we start by comprehensively understanding the client's vision. Our Client Representative facilitates discussions to refine project goals and align stakeholder expectations. Through meticulous surveying and collaboration, we build a detailed project description, ensuring alignment among all involved parties. Assembling the project team, including designers and construction professionals, is crucial, involving honest discussions to mitigate risks and align expectations.

Pre-Construction & Development
Working closely with the Owner, our Client Representative ensures the project scope, budget, and schedule align with defined goals. Coordination among team members becomes pivotal at this stage, aimed at designing the optimal project within set parameters. This process culminates in setting the groundwork for the involvement of a Project Manager, ensuring seamless transition and continuation.

Construction
During construction, our Client Representative takes on the role of the Owner's Representative or Construction Project Manager. They oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with the project plan, budget, and schedule. Collaboration remains at the forefront, fostering a cohesive atmosphere among all involved parties. Additionally, clients are encouraged to engage our interior design services concurrently for streamlined efficiency.

Post-Construction
As construction nears completion, our Client Representative ensures a smooth transition from contractor control to the Owner's control. This phase focuses on finalizing the project, achieving turnovers, completing punch lists, and creating a comprehensive warranty library. Continued involvement from the outset maximizes project value and ensures a seamless transition into operational management and full control for the Owner.
